Established in 1997, the Irish Immigration Pastoral Center is a self-help organization 
run by and for immigrants. The Center provides a number of professional services for 
immigrants in San Francisco and the surrounding California area. The Center is funded 
almost entirely by the community in the area.

For the past 49 years the London Irish Centre has been providing Advice, Accommodation, 
Training, Employment and a range of Cultural Experiences and Learning facilities for 
successive generations of Irish people. For over 17 years our Missing Persons Service 
has sought to locate lost relatives of Irish people throughout Britain.

Emigrant Advice is an information, advice and referral agency based in Dublin city 
centre, under the auspices of Crosscare. We respond to the needs of intending emigrants, 
returning emigrants and immigrants. 

Emigrant Advice Network (Éan)   www.emigrantnetwork.ie
Éan is an independent emigration network. It comprises statutory and voluntary agencies 
as well as individuals and academics interested in emigration from Ireland and return 
migration to Ireland. The only criteria for joining is an interest in this topic. Éan 
is similar in structure to the Federation of Irish Societies in the UK and the Coalition 
of Irish Immigration Centres in the U.S. It was the singled out by the Government Task 
Force on Emigration by name as worthy of funding.
